His dedication to mastering the waters around Islamorada eventually led him to earn his Captain’s License and set off on his own offshore adventures.

Now, as the owner of Go Time Fishing Charters, Captain Galon brings that wealth of knowledge and experience directly to his clients, offering customized trips that reflect his deep understanding of the Keys. He also invented the Islamorada Flyers, a specialized lure crafted to attract top local catches like yellowtail and mahi-mahi. With his charters and innovative lures, Captain Galon shares his passion, ensuring anglers experience the true magic of fishing in Islamorada.
