Shipping Policy

At Only Fins Brand, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have orders shipped within 5 business days of purchase. However, please be aware that during peak times, such as holiday seasons or new product launches, there may be slight delays in processing. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to get your items to you as soon as possible!

Shipping Options

We currently offer shipping through the following carriers:

  • USPS Priority

  • FedEx Ground

  • UPS Ground

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary based on location and weather or carrier-related delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If you have any issues with tracking or delivery, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and order weight. Any applicable discounts or promotions on shipping will be applied at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, Only Fins Brand only offers shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

### For International Customers (outside the United States)
International customers, please go to "How do I create an international return?" for guidance on initiating a return or exchange.

### For Domestic Customers (within the United States)
Only Fins Brand allows domestic returns within our return/exchange guidelines. To initiate your return or exchange, visit our [Returns Center](https://return.onlyfinsbrand.com).

### Exchange for Different Item(s)
If you’d like to exchange an item, select the "Shop with Return Credit" option after choosing the item(s) you'd like to return. This will allow you to shop for your preferred replacement items.

### Important Return Guidelines
Before creating or sending a return, please ensure your items meet the following criteria:

- **Use our Returns Center:** Only items processed through our Returns Center will be accepted.
- **Follow the guidelines below:** Items not meeting these conditions cannot be processed.

**Return Requirements:**
- Returns must be postmarked within **45 days** from the shipping date.
- Tags must be attached, and items must be in their **original packaging**.
- Items cannot be **worn, washed, or dried**.
- Items must be free of **deodorant marks, stains** (e.g., makeup or self-tanner), **hair** (human or animal), **snags/pilling**, and **unpleasant odors** (e.g., perfume, body odor).
- Items must not have missing components (e.g., **drawstrings, bra pads, or buttons**).
- Excessively wrinkled items may be denied.
 
> **Note:** If your return contains items deemed biohazardous (e.g., bodily fluids), our inspection team will immediately cease inspection, deny the entire return, and ship the package back to the address on file. This is to protect the health and safety of our staff.

### Additional Details:
- If you are returning your **entire order**, please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For **exchange requests**, if the requested item is out of stock, we will not be able to return the original item. We’ll do our best to fulfill the exchange based on availability.
- **International Returns**: We currently only accept returns (not exchanges) from international customers.
- **Undergarment Sales**: All sales of undergarments are final, with no exceptions.

### Processing Time for Returns/Exchanges
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will enter our processing queue. Although we strive for quick processing, it may take up to **3 weeks** during peak periods. This timeframe ensures we handle each return with care.

- **For Exchanges:** New orders are dispatched only after the returned package is inspected and processed.

### Multiple Orders
We currently cannot combine multiple orders into one return package. If you wish to return multiple orders, each order must be sent separately with its own tracking number.

### Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not cover the cost of the return shipping label.

### Assistance with Return Issues
If you encounter any issues with the Returns Center, it could be due to the following:

- The return window of **45 days** has expired.
- The order is associated with an **international address**.
- The order was shipped to an **APO military address**.

### Military APO Returns
For returns from military APO addresses, please use a courier of your choice. Retain your tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
