      • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
      • Any claims of faulty items should be made within 7 days of receipt and submitted to our customer service email.

    • Return Shipping:

      • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
      • Only Fins is not liable for packages that do not reach our fulfillment center. Please retain your postage and tracking information for possible insurance claims through your chosen shipping provider in case of loss.
