- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Any claims of faulty items should be made within 7 days of receipt and submitted to our customer service email.

- Only Fins is not liable for packages that do not reach our fulfillment center. Please retain your postage and tracking information for possible insurance claims through your chosen shipping provider in case of loss.

We offer shipping via USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground, with typical delivery taking 3-5 business days once your order has shipped. After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order weight. Currently, we only ship within the United States but plan to expand internationally in the future.
